I am an employee for Starbuck’s. I was waiting on a nice young woman the other day whom at the end of her order handed me a 5 of Emma’s Cards and $40 for her $4 order. She told me to pay for the line behind her BUT make sure to give out the cards. I agreed and moved on. Then the fun began! We are super busy and don’t have a drive thru. I picked and chose who got the cards and cash (a lady bought 5 mugs right after her so I obviously wasn’t giving to her). So as this lady sat drinking her coffee the gifted people kept looking for the giver. She never fessed up however when she went to leave she had her husband put $20 in our tip jar (along with the card).
Mam if your reading this I would like to say THANK YOU. Because of your generosity I made a decent amount of tips for the day and all of the gifted people put a dollar in.
