I just walked into Jimmy Johns and – as if I wasn’t already happy enough about getting Jimmy Johns – an unknown woman, who had left shortly before I arrived, had left one of your cards with cash to put toward the next customer’s’ order. Mine! At first I was really confused; I didn’t ever see any woman. But when I read the card I realized it was a random act of kindness and more than that. It made me feel really good. And eager to do the same for someone else. When I went to your website and read about Emma, I felt overwhelmed! What a beautiful heart she had, and she would be happy to know these cards are circulating kindness. I can’t wait to pass on the kindness I received on behalf of Emma. I know you must be very proud of Emma, and you should also be proud of yourself. Thank you!

i’m 45 years old already but i still remember how i appreciate tootsie rolls. it left a mark on me as an act of kindness. in our church when i was small – everytime you get an answer right you get that long and thick tootsie roll. oh i am so proud of it and would delay eating it just to show it off! maybe there were good church organizers who would donate tootsie rolls for us kids, i really would not know. its so fitting that that tootsie roll is also your emma’s symbol of kindness. just like how i felt when i was small. i read and watched your love for emma today. here’s sending you love from the philippines.
